The Holiday Season is finally here; and we are planning for the flower season of 2011. This upcoming year, Mon Ami Farms is offering a limited number of weekly flower bouquet subscriptions through our Cut-Flower CSA membership. Our bouquets will be filled with seasonal flowers that are grown locally using sustainable agriculture practices. Locally grown flowers will be the perfect weekly addition to your home or place of business. Weekly subscription fulfillment will begin as soon as the flowers bloom, around mid-March, and will continue until first frost near the end of October or beginning of November. The annual cost of a weekly subscription is $350, or a bi-weekly membership is available for $200. The bouquets will be available for pick-up at one of our conveniently designated locations. Bouquet delivery will be available for a one-time annual fee.
Currently, Mon Ami Farms is preparing for the early spring flower season. In order to purchase all of the necessary bulbs and supplies, we ask for payment in full or a 50% minimum deposit by January 1, 2010 and the balance due on or by June 1, 2011. Additionally, for those wanting to gift a membership please inquire via email so we can send a formal gift card to the recipient. So don’t delay in joining Mon Ami Farms’ 2011 Flower CSA, as our membership availability is limited. Thank you for your interest. I understand that this is a community supported venture and that, although the farmer is committed to the best of his ability to provide high quality flowers, some risks are involved in farming and I am willing to share those risks with the CSA. I also understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my flowers on the designated dates at one of the drop off sites during the 2011 season.
